Monday, Jan. 14

Tea Week at NoKa Joe's: 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. January is National Tea Month. From Monday through Sunday warm yourself with a discounted cup of tea at NoKa Joe's. NoKa Joe's, 25 Katonah Ave., Katonah.

Early Childhood Center at Temple Shaaray Tefila Open House: 9:30 a.m. Registration for the 2013-14 school year has begun. The Early Childhood Center at Temple Shaaray Tefila will host an open house through the 25th. Temple Shaaray Tefila, 89 Baldwin Rd, Bedford Corners.

Trees: A Symposium: 7 p.m. The Bedford Garden Club’s Branch Out announces "Trees: A Symposium." The moderated panel discussion will include three tree experts: Rod Christie, Executive director of Mianus River Gorge Preserve, Mike Galvin, director of SaveATree Consulting Group, and David Fedczuk, an acclaimed arborist from the New York Botanical Garden who specializes in DIY pruning and safe use of chainsaws. They will address the best strategies for saving, maintaining and preventing future damage and will answer questions from the audience. Bedford Historical Hall, 608 Old Post Road, Bedford.
