Adult Dance Workout Series: 9:30 a.m. Come to the new Bedford Hills dance studio Dance Naiad and try out this Broadway dance workout class for all levels, featuring music from shows like "Mamma Mia," "Fosse," "Hairspray" and "Memphis. Class fee is $20. Dance Naiad, 774 Bedford Road, Bedford Hills.

Wednesday. Nov. 28 Bedford Chamber Concerts present Clarinetist Moran Katz performing Mozart and Beethoven: 8 p.m. Bedford Chamber Concerts will continue its season highlighting young, international stars with guest clarinetist Moran Katz. Katz will join renowned musician Anthony Newman, and the Bedford Chamber Ensemble in an evening of masterpieces by Mozart and Beethoven. Cost is $35. Historic Building Preservation Commission meeting: 7 p.m. 425 Cherry St., Bedford Hills.

Town Board Work Session: 7:30 p.m. The 2013 budget will be discussed. 321 Bedford Road, Bedford Hills.

Fox Lane Middle School Eighth Grade Strings Concert: 7 p.m. Fox Lane Middle School Little Theater, 632 S. Bedford Road, Bedford.

Winter Group Juice Fast: All day. Led by Dr. Michael Finkelstein and Robin Queen, this four-day program  follows the protocol developed by Dr. Gabriel Cousens from the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center. Included are daily gatherings and hours of experiential activities and discussion and includes Finkelstein’s green juice for the entirety of the juice fast. Cost is $350 for members and $600 for non-members. Transcendence at SunRaven, 501 Guard Hill Road, Bedford.

Holiday Tea Musicale: 1:30 p.m. Holiday Tea Musicales begin with a tour of the historic Rosen House followed by a Holiday Musicale in the majestic music room and a formal tea served in the summer dining room. Enjoy a spread of tea sandwiches, freshly baked scones with clotted cream and preserves, holiday desserts, a variety of teas and hot chocolate for children. Cost is $45.
