The forum is set for 7 p.m. in the theater at 195 S. Greeley Ave. in Chappaqua. The panelists will include Dr. Andrew Kolodny, News 12 reporter Tara Rosenblum, Partners in Prevention Chair Melvin Berger, Westcchester County Police Detective Will Mauro, Mount Kisco Partners In Prevention's Nan Miller and Lexington Center for Recovery Director Kathryn Valencia.
"The abuse of prescription drugs and heroin has reached a crisis level, and no community is immune from this problem," representatives said. "We invite you to join us for a Town Hall meeting to address this epidemic in northern Westchester and Putnam counties, and to discuss how we can protect our families, friends, and communities. The event’s panel of speakers will include prevention and treatment professionals, law enforcement, community coalitions and news media."
