Tim O'Brien Brings Roots Music To Katonah's Caramoor

KATONAH, N.Y. — Singer-songwriter Tim O'Brien will play American roots music on Saturday, April 13, at the Rosen House Music Room at Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts in Katonah.

This is a new series at Caramoor. O'Brien will perform music from "both sides of the Atlantic" solo on acoustic guitar.

“No music comes from a vacuum,” O’Brien says in a news release from Caramoor, “and our American culture and its musical voice are living, breathing, evolving things with streams of influence from western Europe, Africa, and the Native America.”
