The event will once again feature Road Races, Children’s Games, Silent Auction, Bake Sale, and Food, as well as Live Music throughout the day performed by local professional musicians on a stage set up on the front lawn of the church.
The fair runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., rain or shine, with a break for the Town Parade which kicks-off at 12:15 p.m., forming up on Lakeshore Drive at 11:45 a.m. The day begins with the Memorial Day Races including the 5K, 10K, Health Walk, and Pee Wee. The first race is at 8 a.m. with day of the event registration beginning at 7 a.m.
This year, the fair will also feature local artists, writers, and performing artists, all of whom will be available to meet under the large white tent on the lawn. The vendor area will feature a number of Artisan Craftsmen, including woodworking and glassblowing, and a South Salem Beekeeper. The Silent Auction will offer items including handmade jewelry, antiques, a week at a golf resort in Florida and more. The Auction Preview is on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
This year's featured charity is The Community Center of Northern Westchester. Registration is available on the Church’s website at this link until 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, May 26. Registration on race day starts at 7 a.m. on the Lewisboro Library lawn, at 15 Main St. in South Salem.
South Salem Presbyterian Church is at 111 Spring St. in the center of the South Salem Hamlet.
