Relay For Life Of Bedford Fundraises For Cancer In June

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Relay For Life of Bedford, Mount Kisco and Pound Ridge will be held this year on June 6 and June 7 from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. at Fox Lane High School.

Relay For Life is the world’s largest fundraising event to end cancer. Every year, the Relay For Life movement raises more than $400 million. The American Cancer Society puts these donations to work, investing in groundbreaking research in every type of cancer and providing free information and services to cancer patients and their caregivers. We’re fighting for every birthday threatened by every cancer, in your community and everyone else’s.

The funds raised go to American Cancer Society programs that help cancer patients, such as Hope Lodge, Road to Recovery, Look Good…Feel Better, Reach to Recovery, and free wig provision.
