Mount Kisco's Neighbors Link Provides Health Care To Low-Income Residents

MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- Neighbors Link Northern Westchester will present its annual Family Health Day for low-income area residents on Sunday, Oct. 19, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The event will feature a variety of health services, including screenings for cholesterol, diabetes, blood pressure and vascular disease, adult flu shots, a broad range of health and nutrition information and a teddy bear clinic for children. Organizations and individuals throughout the Northern Westchester community also contribute to the event by donating non-perishable grocery items for distribution to families in need.

Family Health Day is presented by Neighbors Link in cooperation with community partners Northern Westchester Hospital, Henry Schein and Open Door Family Medical Centers.
