Rosenbloom, a Darien native and Stamford resident, was officially elected as executive board chairman at the Nov. 16, 2015 annual awards meeting.
His appointment to the post became effective Jan. 1. The tenure of his term is two years.
Rosenbloom, who has been active in the Chamber since 2009, also serves as a member of the events committee.
He has been an ambassador and chairman of the membership committee, as well.
“Mark’s leadership experience and community involvement with the Darien Chamber of Commerce makes him an outstanding addition as chairman of our board,” said Susan Cator, president of the Chamber.
Rosenbloom is an assistant vice president at First County Bank in Stamford.
He has also been active in the local community, serving as an association panel member with the Darien Community Fund and as a mentor with the Stamford Public Education Foundation.
