Katonah's Kvis Holding Summer, Fall Yoga Sessions

BEDFORD, N.Y. -- Katonah's KVIS and John Jay Homestead are hosting four yoga sessions from now through September.

The inaugural event was held on July 25 and two more free sessions are schedule on Aug. 15 and Sept. 5 on the lawn at John Jay Homestead. Sessions will last an hour and begin at 10 a.m.

After the third free session there will be a yoga celebration on Saturday Sept. 19 from 10:30 a.m. to noon. The final session will cost a fee of $10 if ordered before Sept. 8 or $15 afterwards.
