A dog wearing a pink collar was found dead in Shippensburg on Thursday, March 21, area police announced around 9 a.m.
A Shippensburg Police department vehicle and a pink dog collar similar to the one the police say they found on a dead golden retriever.

It was found dead on the railroad tracks near the 300 block of South Washington Street around 8:48 a.m., police detailed.
