Police: Danbury Woman Arrested For Slapping Two Officers

DANBURY, Conn. -- A Danbury woman was arrested for allegedly slapping two police officers and two other people, according to The News-Times.

Police allege Erica Droz, 30, slapped two victims at the Kennedy Avenue station shortly after 3 p.m. Friday afternoon during a screaming tirade, The News-Times reported. 

Droz allegedly did not cooperate with responding officers and slapped two in the face, said The News-Times.

She also allegedly kicked open the police car door, striking a third officer in the wrist and possessed syringes for narcotics, The News-Times reported. 

Droz was charged with three counts of assaulting a public safety official, two counts of third-degree assault, interfering with an officer, breach of peace and use of drug paraphernalia, The News-Times said.
