The 492-foot-tall glass tower atop the Palisades is the ninth-tallest building in New Jersey. From the top floor, you can see both Yankee and MetLife stadiums -- and look down on the nearby George Washington Bridge.
Eighty percent of its 451 units have been leased since The Modern welcomed in its first tenants last October, Property Manager Beth Polychrones said. Living at The Modern is a lifestyle, she added.
"We have a variety of activities to engage our residents to make this place feel more like a home," Polychrones told Daily Voice.
That includes weekly food trucks, "Thirsty Thursday" events, movie screenings, children's activities and group cycling.
There's also a residents lounge, Internet cafe, children's playroom, sauna, yoga studio, weight room, spin studio, virtual golf room, movie theater, swimming pool and an outdoor area with sports courts, playground and a big-screen TV.
Residents pay anywhere from $2,300 to $9,000 per month to live at "The Modern," according to Polychrones.
Representatives from "The Modern" recently invited Daily Voice inside for a tour. Check out the photos above.
