On Saturday, May 5, the unforgettable Natalie Cole headlines in a concert at Stamford's Palace Theater to benefit DART, Dana's Angels Research Trust. Natalie Cole has won nine Grammy Awards and a slew of mega-hits, including, “This Will Be (An Everlasting Love)”, “Sophisticated Lady (She’s A Different Lady),” “I’ve Got Love on My Mind,” “Someone That I Used to Love,” “I Live For Your Love” and a remake of Bruce Springsteen’s “Pink Cadillac.”
The concert is part of the DART Gala, co-hosted by Kathie Lee and Frank Gifford. The gala begins at 6 p.m. with an elegant wine and hors d’oeuvres reception, a pasta bar by World-Famous RAO’s Italian Resturant, silent and live auctions. Dana's Angels Research Trust was founded by Phil and Andrea Marella to fund medical research, medical education, or medical or hospital care for the treatment or cure of Niemann-Pick Type C disease (NPC) or other similar genetic diseases.
