Bedford Riding Lanes Association Having Tag Sale, Memorial Day Picnic

BEDFORD, N.Y. -- Bedford Riding Lanes Association will be having a Memorial Day picnic, tag sale and bake sale.

The tag sale and bake sale will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the John Jay Homestead.

Gently used horse and rider items, plus handmade designer jewelry, antiques, baseball cards, collectibles, and more will be available. There also will be hot dogs and drinks.

BRLA also will host its annual Memorial Day Country Pace & Luncheon Monday. The luncheon provides an opportunity to ride the most beautiful of the historic Bedford Riding Lanes' trails.

This yearly spring event is the largest gathering of equestrians from the area. It includes a luncheon under a great white tent at the John Jay Homestead. Non-riders are welcome for lunch.

The John Jay Homestead is off Route 22 in Katonah.
