Kalman's book combines facts about Jefferson with her whimsical approach to art.
Her talk will outline the genesis of the book from idea to illustration to its eventual publication.
The event will run from 2 to 4 p.m. at the 1787 Court House, at 615 Old Post Road in Bedford. Admission rates are $10 for Bedford Historical Society members and $15 for visitors who are not members.
