Bea Rhodes

Community Advisor

I am the Confidential Secretary to Supervisor Chris Burdick in the Town of Bedford, a position that I really enjoy and that means a great deal to me. Among my many responsibilities I take great pleasure in helping serve the residents of our great Town Some of my recent work experience includes working as Office Manager for the Junior League of Northern Westchester and as Legislative Aide to Westchester County Legislator Catherine Borgia. I am currently a member of the Tree Advisory Board of Bedford, a volunteer appointed position. Over the years I have volunteered for Caramoor, the Northern Westchester Hospital, the Katonah Swim and Dive Team and many other groups and organizations. Some of my personal interests are advocating for the protection of the elderly -- in particular those with dementia and pushing for animal welfare protection laws. I am very fortunate that I have been able to work, serve and contribute in such meaningful roles.
