The newest establishment to hit the village will be Siegel Bros. Marketplace at 39 S. Moger Ave., which opens in December. It will feature an old-school vibe with great customer service offering everything from razor clams to a complete butcher shop with local meats and cheeses, said lohud.com.
The business is the brainchild of Jeremy Nevins of Katonah, and his brothers Doug and David, who also plan to open another business that offers the third component to any good meal -- wine and spirits with Siegle Bros. Wines & Spirits in November, added lohud.com.
But the three brothers aren't the only ones eyeing downtown Mount Kisco as the perfect spot for a new business. Modell's sporting good recently opened on Main Street, and Food Hall, which opened in February has already become a popular destination for foodies, said lohud.com.
Local real estate broker Jonathan Gordon told lohud.com that the area is seeing more retailers willing to move back to the Mount Kisco area, which offers the perfect location between two major north-south parkways, added lohud.com.
