BEDFORD, N.Y. -- Splash Car Wash will submit a new application for a proposed business on North Bedford Road in Bedford Hills, according to Patch.com.

The altered application will no longer include an oil change component which means the proposal no longer requires a use variance, Patch.com reported.

Splash was previously located at 527 North Bedford Road but has since vacated and is involved with an ongoing lawsuit with their former landlord, Patch.com said.
